Our Story

Paul & Co was founded in 2012 by Paul Argus, a multi award winning executive who lifted Commonwealth Bank to officially become the most effective financial services advertiser in the world, helped double the revenue at global SaaS property data giant CoreLogic and was a founding employee of B2B data commercialisation brand ‘smrtr’. His career spans a breadth of functions including strategy, product, marketing, sales and customer success. With a Degree in Applied Statistics and early experience as a Market Researcher, he centres everything on the voice of the customer.

Operating at C Suite level and presenting to Boards helped him understand the desire for long term transformation and step change exists, but discussion often defaults back to quarterly (or monthly) targets. Our data driven customer strategy aims to provide external capability and capacity to solve that problem and accelerate revenue growth for our clients.
